we are fully insured and have to guarantee our work for at least 7 years except product like taps, toilet cisterns etc.the structural side of the construction we guarantee for 25 years

i started in Maintenance and saw where other builders had gone wrong with their buildings and other maintenance people would just come and put a band aid over the work only to find it still has a problem, i pride myself on doing the job once and do it right, so i received my builders licence and have applied that policy to all my work.

I have a Chinese client that lives in Kuala lumpur who phones me a couple of times a year and asks me to find some cheap land for him, build him some units and lease them for him, most of the time he doesn't even see them till he gets here which could be once a year,

That is a hard question to answer if you haven't spoken with the person, all i can say is that i have allot of repeat customers which reside all over the world, also, i don't want to build just one building for you but build a port folio for you, you can only have that with trust.

We do it all, from initial sketch drawings and budget price to handover including council liaisons, western power and telstra dealings.

we would have to have a copy of your title to the land along with a diagram of the site, if you don't have any of these items, we can purchase them for you.

1, we take the time to find out exactly what you require and need down to the finest details which makes it easier to quote and order, 2, we show you a full schedule of the time frame it would take to construct allowing you to see exactly what your holding costs during construction plus a full breakdown of progress draws at each stage of the construction process, 3 we can also find someone to lease the building for you or sell it for you prior to construction commencing or during construction.
