Yes, our business is fully insured in all aspects. in regards to a guarantee if you are not happy with the finished results we will correct anything you are not happy with.

job satisfaction is very important to us, if I can leave a job knowing I am happy with the results and the customer is happy then I consider that job a success. I will always ask the customer if they are happy before I leave and I also state if they are not just call and I will return to correct what they are not happy with. If they are not happy before I leave all issues are corrected before leaving. I do not leave a job if the customer is unhappy. you can always tell if a customer is unhappy without even asking.

Tips, Ensure the yard is clear of all unnecessary items. Ensure access is available if your yard is large if a ride on mower can be used. Mow on a regular basis to keep grass on the short side, this will reduce the time taken to complete your job.
