  I do not recommend this builder. My experience has been terrible and continues to be. Now entering VBA Disputes resolution process. Huge mistake.

  I posted my ensuite renovation on One Flare last August. Tony Foat of Graceline was my first reply & a time was arranged to visit & discuss my needs The other respondents were slow to get back to me after initial contact. Tony listened to my needs & wishes, then offered constructive criticism & suggestions to consider. Work commenced in my time frame of early November. Shawn was introduced to me prior to commencement as the man who would be doing the bulk of the work & overseeing the other trades. Being an older home, we did come across some of the problems anticipated, but I was kept informed at all times & given options when appropriate. I am very happy with the work done, so much so that this week they have commenced work on my bathroom & laundry. What was important to me...….My needs & wants were listened to & I was gently advised in the best way to accomplish them.
