It is vitally important that a carpet cleaner is fully trained and CERTIFIED with the IICRC.  IF they are not they would run the risk of their carpets becoming damaged or even destroyed by many factors if they engage a contractor without this training as they more than likely do not understand the many factors there are to perform a efficient clean.

How long do the carpets take to dry?  My answer is usually 2-4 hours but it depends on many factors.

We also take our job very seriously indeed, but still can find it in us to have a laugh with our customers :)

1.  Thoroughly vacuum all carpets, crevices and wardrobes before we arrive. 2.  Give our technicians clear uninterupted access to the building. 3.  Ensure there is hot water and electicity connect at the property prior to our arrival.
