  My experience, and the experience of many I have talked with is that houselogic will get the property to lock up and basically not finish. They gave repeated promises of further work but nothing happens. My property has been at lock up for over 3 months and not only has nothing substantial been done but they have removed the safety fencing and abandoned the site without any discussion. I am now left to pursue a resolution through Dept of fair trading, NCAT and other legal avenues. They have taken my retirement nest egg and destroyed it. I cannot recommend them in any way.

  Great first day on site by the Boys from house logic and the plumbers. Doing the right thing by stating back at dark to make sure they are finished with getting site ready for peirs. Michael has kept them at it.
