I came home to find that for my $400, I had a few bags of leaves and fish bone ferns removed, nothing trimmed, the back not touched. As this was a surprise Christmas present for my husband, I was devastated. I messaged my disappointment and heard nothing. Would never use this mob again.Feb 14, 2016
