Yes we are and yes we do! We spend a lot of money every year for your and my peace of mind. We are hear for a long time not the short term, this is my business and what i love doing. We are not in it to make a quick buck and leave. We want and have return customers and form an on going relationship

Are you licenced and insured! - It may seem silly but you would be amazed how many trades/builders seem to not have these two simple and essential items!

Q:How much extra will that cost   A:1million dollars +GST  Noth everything will cost more however changes usually do involved additional works. Having said that, its you house, changes need to be made to make sure your going to be happy every time you walk in a room. Its no point building a kitchen or bathroom or extention you hate! You have to live with it after we are gone,if you want a room bigger, do it, if you want the fridge at the other end of the kitchen - do it.. if you dont you will regret it.

If you want to save money: Be Prepared. 1: Do your research, the cheapest architect or designer can end up costing more in the long run, a good designer or architect can save time and money in correct and complying designs. Poor designs end up with changes and these are enforced by council as the design doesn't fit with the council guidelines  2: If you have a budget, be realistic, dont over design only to get quotes way over your budget! 3:Take a second job :)
