  They were very professional until I raised concerns about the finished job - uncleaned shelves (paper still left on one, some not dusted), cobwebs beside built in cupboard and blue tack left on walls. They wanted to charge extra to rectify so had to finish myself.

  Upon reflection of communication we believe the quoted service was carried out accordingly. As the home was in serious neglect and suffering a great deal of mold damage to walls we had to quote for additional work to be carried out as only spot cleaning was requested and not wall washing. I do apologize if you have taken offence to needing to pay outside the quoted description unfortunately we are a business and despite priding ourselves on providing quality workmanship and going above and beyond to assist our clients we cannot undertake major extras without additional payment. We are pleased to announce in regards to this particular job we where able to treat a large portion of mold in the home without going outside the quoted price for labor and in review of all aspects of this job I have congratulated our cleaners of a job well done. Upon review of before and after photos of all aspects of the job we can confirm that the only notable object left on shelving where in fact spare parts for the home being curtain rod holders. Should any future customers wish to inspect the quality of our work we pride ourselves on accurate record keeping and are more then welcome to review the descriptions provided to us along with before/after photos along with the price and im sure you will be surprised at the amount of work carried out above the description and at no extra charge for our labor.
