Yes we are insured and covered by private liability. The customer should never feel uneasy about the safety of our workers. If it's unsafe we will tell you and not proceed with the job until it is.

How much do you charge? We charge out at $88/hr or $99 for any service job under an hour. We do not have any other hidden charges such as a service call or travel time. Beware because a lot of other companies do! We may not be the cheapest but we're certainly not the most expensive.

There is nothing more important to us then customer satisfaction. Being a reliable and trustworthy person just comes naturally to me, no need to pretend who we are. That is why time after time customers use my service and recommend me to their friends and family.

Details such as type of roof, wall structure and house levels all make a huge difference in the way we quote. If we need to we are more then happy to come to you to provide a free at home quote. That way you will be aware of what we actually have to do.

To save money before we arrive ensure that the work place we will be working in is clear of any items and that the manhole is accessible if need be.

Our pricing is very competitive and unlike the big guys in the business we're not over the top and very reasonable. You get what you pay for they say!

We work of an hourly rate, therefore there are no silly call out fees or hidden costs. And we don't charge travel time! We believe you shouldn't have to pay for us sitting in traffic!

We specialise more in residential installation and repairs. Our fully stocked van means that less running around for us and less waiting on parts for you. We are on call 24/7 for those emergency jobs you may have over the weekends when no one else is willing to help.
