Unprofessional! At first was very friendly and helpful then rescheduled 2 times after being advised that we needed the job done by a certain date. That's understandable, things happen, I get it, but then they decided to refund us the deposit that we had paid, to an account that we did not authorise to and now we are left $200 short to find a new cleaner at the very last minute!!!! And I'm really upset that we did not even receive a phone call to let us know of the last Reschedule, just a text message late at night which I did not see until the morning when I was getting ready to meet with them! I'm very disappointed in this company as many of the reviews were good!
