  Plumber came in to sort my fairly complex plumbing problem with the expectation that it would all get sorted within like 30 minutes over the course of his break from work. It wasnt made clear that I needed to prebuy the taps and other hardware. Had to go running to get the hardware while he removed the old ones and redid the tap seats. there was a need for an additional tap in the end, which would have cost $10 but got provided for the low price of $50 (including 'markup' ) anyway the service in general was not bad, however i wouldnt say it was great. so im leaving 3 stars.
