Ipad Homes offers complete transparency with the price upfront so there are no hidden costs along the way (unless of course you choose to make significant changes to internal finishes which of course often happens with clients who change their mind on taps and tiles etc and then a price will be adjusted accordingly). Generally speaking a consultation is the best way to handle this as savings can be made via our in house designer, it can be made via our contacts with demolishing an existing structure. Our team can advise on the best strategies to help you save money along the way during the build as the types of structures you choose to build with can also add to or save money along the journey.

Ipad Homes likes to distinguish itself apart from other building companies. When you first meet with Ipad Homes we will ascertain if you are looking for 'lock up' project which is Ipad Homes building everything until the lock up stage with the owner, who may have a trade carrying on the rest of the project or whether you want a 'builders finish' which is where final touches such as carpets, curtains, kitchens etc are done by the client or you may want an entire 'turn key' project where by Ipad Homes provides a total building solution so you are ready to simply move in to a completed house and garden at the end.  We then seek to understand what types of finishes you are after on your property and quote based on the exact cost of what the project will be. There are no surprises down the track. Our quoting system is completely transparent so that you know upfront what the cost of the build will be.
