We are fully insured and guarantee all our work as per our agreement with our customers. We belive in customer satisfaction and always make sure our customers are happy with our work

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I always had a passion for garden care and landscaping and after spending a few years cleaning pubs as a sub-contractor i realized that i really wanted to open my own business combing my current work of cleaning with my job for gardens

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Every customer has a nice story for me but my most memorable would be for an old lady who was trying to sell her house. She had been trying for a while when we entered the picture  and we had customized a full house and garden package for her to suit her limited budget. Well two days after we finished the job for her we got a phone call from her saying that she had someone come in and make an offer for more then what she was actually hoping for and thanking us so much for our hard work. She then went to hire us for her family as Christmas present to her family a total of 12 extra jobs

What do you like most about your job?

I love the feeling of being in control and the constant need to improve the company to offer better services to our customers as i love the feeling we get after our customers call us to tell us how happy they were with our service

The most common question is why did i decide to run my own company instead of working for someone else and the reason is my family i have three kids two with disabilities so running my won business can give me some freedom to be with my family when needed

90% of our jobs come from word of mouth so if we are don't live up to our customers standrads then they are not going to refer us to our friends which mean everyone misses out we strongly believe in building our customers faith in us and this included being trustworthy and reliable

We believe our customers are individuals not juts another number are people and as such treat each one individually and customize our service to suit their needs not somebody elses

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

In order to give a accurate we need to know how many rooms what a customer would like done and the currnet state of the rooms. In general we like to inspect a property before we lock in a quote but understand this is not always possible so the more info you can accurately give us the more accurate we can be

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Picking up little bits of rubbish and making sure we have easy access to the house is guaranteed to save you money on average it adds an extra hour or to to the jb if we have to move clothes and rubbish to get to where we need to clean or vacuum

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge our customers once the job is completed either by cash or prearranged Direct Deposit. Since all our jobs and rates are customized to suit the customers needs this is arranged when we confirm a booking

We specialize in Customer Service, we believe its our services that sets us apart after all we are all humans so why not treat everyone that way. If we make a mistake we fix it after all we are human too

Our Directors Lee and Michelle Jensen have been working together in the industry for over 7 years and have worked on a wide range of jobs from builders cleans and bond cleans to garden makeovers and massive landscaping
