  Was engaged to remove dirt and clay and put up retaining wall. Quote was $6500 for 5 days of work for 2 workers, materials and bin to remove dirt. Came to remove dirt but it was dumped in the alley way behind my house and never taken away. After 6 months nothing further had happened, except a lot of excuses, so I cancelled my contract. Was charged $2350 for 1 day of work and not including the materials. Was also told I’d be charged more if I wanted an itemised account - which is against consumer law. Has also cost me additional costs to fix some of issues Jarrad created.
