We have 5 million public liability insurance. We guarantee of our work to the customers satisfaction. We have never had a problem or complaint in this area as we are thorough cleaners and do the job right the first time.  We will clean your home to your complete satisfaction, whatever it takes.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I always have a spotless house myself as i am a bit of a clean freak and so decided i work do some part time cleaning work. After my first few weeks of cleaning my customers were extremely happy and i got lots of referrals and now i have a full time business employing 4 staff.   I still clean houses myself Monday to Friday.

One of my customers likes to have her towels folded into animal shapes likes elephants or  swans. So i fold her towels into animal shapes and leave them on the end of her bed(same as some motels do). She was so impressed she took a photo and now they are her profile picture on Facebook!

I like the satisfaction i get when  my customer comes home and sees how clean their house is. Cleaning is a laborious task to most people and if i can save my customers from having to worry about cleaning their homes then i am happy

What happens if you don't finish the cleaning in the required time? On the occasions we do not finish the job in the required time we will work until the job is finished satisfactorily at no extra cost.  Can i recommend to you one of my friends who needs a cleaner? Of course, we will work with them to best meet their cleaning requirements.

All our cleaning staff are hard working, honest and reliable and all have current Australian police checks.  We work with the customer to find your requirements and work with the customer to make sure their home is cleaned in the most economical and fuss free way.

What hours the customer requires the work to be preformed at. Does the customer want the same day each week or fortnight. Does the customer prefer the same cleaner to clean their home each time. Is the customer looking a general makeover clean or a spotless clean.

Put away items lying around the lounge room. Clean dishes in the kitchen. Have a general cleanup to remove unwanted items and make sure everything is put in its right place.

As a special offer to Onefalre customers we offer an oven clean with every new job 3hours+.  For the oven clean we use fast remove agents and a pressured water hose sprayer. We will have your oven looking like new.

We believe our prices are very competitive in the current market place. At $25 an hour for a weekly clean, we believe this to be the best value available as our cleaners are fussy when cleaning your home.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge $25 per hour for a weekly clean of your home. Fortnightly cleans we charge $30 per hour. Spring clean and bond cleans generally are $30 to $40 per hour depending on the amount of cleaning that is required.We quote the amount of hours once we look at the site.

We specialize in domestic house cleaning. Whether it be a regular weekly clean, a fortnightly clean, a spring clean or a bond clean, we can provide our services to the customer in a fast and efficient manner as well as being reasonably priced.

I have 5 years house cleaning experience and in this time i have trained my 4 current staff. We are experts at the little things and this makes all the difference when cleaning a home. We have performed regular cleans, one off cleans, spring cleans and bond cleans in this time.  We are all trained in using the right chemicals in the right areas of the house.
