  True professionals, great communication, understood the scope of works and executed well. Had do some extra work for me and wasn't going to charge, however I wanted him to charge as it's only fair. Good to see there is good old fashion service out there, where the company wants to get the job done right first, and think about their pocket last. Will be using Kavanagh again for future services. Brilliant!
