Keep appointment and ring you an hour before arrival a great plus. Use him twice and he always lodges Energy Safe Victoria Certificate of Electrical Safety at completion of job and before payment in front of me via phone voice interaction. No problems with work done, happy to call him again. Sometimes hard to get because always busy?Tony E

Extremely pleased, I highly recommend this electrician. After going without hot water for days and being referred to/from various plumbers and electricians, I called Michael. Great service - was able to attend to my problem on the day that I contacted him (requiring him to work late into the evening), he provided updates on his expected arrival time during the day, explained this issue(s) as he diagnosed the problem(s), provided options for repair but also made his recommendation. All work carried out was backed by a safety certificate. Overall, a refreshingly friendly as well as interesting character and a genuine local to the Kew
