I got into cleaning because I love the trust, contstant communication and feedback from our clients. I also actually love cleaning, yes I know, you think im mad, but it relaxes me. I started out on my own, but business was going great and I couldnt keep up so had to hire some help, and they are just as passionate as me

There are so many I couldnt pick just one. We get emails, texts msgs etc all the time thanking us for our services and telling us how happy they are with the job. The jobs I do love are the ones where either husbands or family members book us as a surprise for a new mum so her home is sparkling when she gets home from the hospital

We get instant satisfcation from our job. We can walk into a job sometimes and think "oh dear! where do I start?" But then walk out of the job with the feeling of "WOW that looks amazing!"

Are you insured? Are your staff police checked? Are your staff trained? I have a dog, do i need to put them outside? Are you reliable? Do you have references? Do you supply your own cleaning products and equipment? I have a family member with allergies, can you still clean for us?

Are your staff police checked? Yes we are Do you take bookings at short notice? Most definately! But you may need to flexible on day and time depending on what day of the week you require. Thursdays and Fridays book out quick! Everyone loves a clean house for the weekend. Can I added extra time to my regular cleans to have extra cleaning done? Of course! But again, please give us notice as we do have other jobs booked too

We are fully policed checked Also we are a team of cleaners, not just a single person, so if for any unforseen circumstance your regular cleaner cannot make it, we have a back up of fully trained staff able to jump in and save the day!

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Providing a quote over the phone can be difficult and we do prefer to see the property first. But we can give a rough quote if we know how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have. If its a single or double story property. How much of the floors space is either carpet or wet area.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

As we charge by the hour, there a few things you can do you keep your price lower. When booking a clean for your home, putting the chairs up on the dining table, asking your children to tidy their rooms and picking towels etc up off the bathroom floor is a big help. Of course we are more than happy to do this for you, but it does cut into the time you are paying for.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Our pricing is charged on an hourly rate, but if we finish the job early, we will ALWAYS find something else that needs to be done to fill in the time. We will NEVER leave early. We may be a little bit more expensive than others out there that just do cleaning on their own. But always remember, paying that small bit extra for the peace of mind that we are insured and police checked ensures your house is always in great hands

How do you normally charge for your service?

Our services are charged on an hourly rate. Regular weekly/fortnightly job are generally done within 2-3 hours depending on what the client requires. End of lease or vacate cleans are charge per job.
