What isn't included in your quote. No one likes unexpected costs. We like to ensure that we meet a customers expectation and that the project they enter into is a great experience.

Ryan (Builder) works on the tools as the site manager and head carpenter. He oversees every aspect of the job on a day-to-day basis.

We pride ourselves on the level of customer service we give to everyone we work with. We have customers for life who have returned to us many times over the years. We have a very transparent approach to our process & pricing so there are no surprises.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Before we can quote for a project we need to see drawings from an architect or draftsman outlining what is required. We also need any engineering plans and energy reports so we know what specifications we need to consider when we are quoting. We may also like to have a site visit.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We generally charge our clients by way of progress payments throughout the project. We invoice at the end of each completed stage.

We design homes for how you live specialising in Extensions, Renovations & mutil dwelling Developments. We focus on no more than 2 projects at a time so we can be visible to every aspect of the project. Our Builder Ryan also works on the tools so is onsite day-to-day

Ryan has been building custom built homes in the west of Melbourne for over 20 years. Ryan started his career as a carpenter in 1994 at the age of 17 and has been passionate about the trade every since.
