Hello my name is James MacDonald. I am a professional boxer and a fitness professional.
I own a small studio in yeronga. Here I do a wide range of thing but LOVE to teach boxing. It is also a great way to stay fit or get in shape.
It teaching you a lot about yourself. You vs You. I have been in the ups and downs of the sport and I enjoy sharing the values and skills I have received from boxing.
I can also do more in terms of fitness as being a boxing it is important to stay lean but also be very strong and powerful. I have travel to world
And learn a wide range of things as well as your classic cert 3 and 4 in fitness.
The hardest part is turning up. Once you ha e done that then you can leave it in my hands and make your decision from there.
