Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

All cleaners are covered with Public Liability and Product Liability Insurance.  We are happy to guarantee a job as long as the correct amount of time is allocated for the cleaner to thoroughly clean a home.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

All our cleaners are security checked - references and police checks are required from all our cleaners.  If they do not have these items we do not put them on.  First and foremost we need to like them and feel comfortable having them working for us.

We are a family business with over 10 years’ experience, helping Melbournians with their homes.   We are Melbourne based, so who you speak to is based in Melbourne.  We pride ourselves in looking after you and your home.  We are also happy to clean small offices.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

It is always best to speak with the client prior to giving them an estimate of how long it will take to clean their office.  Questions usually asked are how many bedrooms? how many bathrooms? how many levels? Living areas? who lives in the house? all these answers and more are taken into account before a quotation is given.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1.  Pick up all clothes, toys and bits and pieces off the floor.  You do not want to be paying for the cleaner's time to pick these items up, as it may take them 20 mins before they even start cleaning.  2.  Have the right products and equipment, including sponges and cloths.  They cannot do a good job without the correct tools.  3.  Allocate the correct amount of time for job.

Question 7

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

For as low as two (2) hours, incorporating GST, you can have your house cleaned at a cost of $65.00, then $22.00 per hour thereafter.  A ‘once-off/spring’ clean is $200.00 for the first three (3) hours, then $50 per hour.  Our rates are per person.   Please ring the office should you wish for a weekend service, or require to be invoiced, as rates do differ.

We specialise in domestic cleaning - vacuuming, dusting, tidying, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens, ovens, every aspect of cleaning your home.

All our cleaners are interviewed face to face (no online interviews), police checked, reference checked and insured.
