  We did an extensive renovation in 2009 And suffered so much water damage since . We had to replace the walls and vanity in a toilet , when after a few years of a slow leak was discovered , because a pipe wasn't sealed off properly. The walls collapsed. Also our en-suite has moved and cracked tiles appeared. We have spent $3000 already, but have since been told water is still seeping behind the tiles which are now buckling. The whole en-suite now needs re tiling and major plumbing repairs are needed. Also a few months ago the ceiling in our study fell through because the plumbing over the portico was inadequate and rain water could not escape. Eventually the ceiling fell through. The plumber who came to repair it said to us “you really have been stitched up”. In fact, we have found virtually any area you were involved in changing in our home has suffered problems since, all costing money. A very disappointing record in our opinion. Rob and Rae Rancie
