  I have used these services twice now. The first time we required them to come back as fans missed, sills dirty etc. This was rectified which was great. We just used them again as I thought they wouldn’t want to mess up again and I had done kitchen etc. I now need a receipt which was promised to be emailed and it hasn’t come despite trying for over a week! Three texts and a message on one Flare. Very disappointed as this is holding up our bond.

  If you want a cheap bond clean, then you have found it. Cheap, unprofessional and after having them return because it wasn’t up to RTA standard, they still did a terrible job. As home owners trying to have our house ready for tenants this is extremely disappointing and extremely unprofessional. We definitely got what we paid for unfortunately. Candice turned up to our house late, with two other cleaners and a child, the cleaning was NOT up to RTA standard. No idea how they have semi decent reviews. Don’t waste your time or money on this company. Candice we want our money back. We will be contacting the Office of Fair Trading about this. Absolute joke.

  Candice from AusCom Cleaning Services was absolutely brilliant! From the moment of contact to the end result. Auscom provided an exceptional cleaning experience who were very professional, on time and left perfect finishing results even with styling the curtains! On top of this the real estate sent an email saying the inspection has been completed and everything was great!   How long does a bond clean take? This is hard to say without a site inspection, but we work quickly and diligently to get you the best clean at the best price.
