Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are fully insured on any project we undertake, we carry Public Liability and have Home Warranty Insurance as well. We stand by our work and offer full guarantee on all our work.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I followed after my father, growing up in the industry it was only the most natural progression for the way forward.

Many of our homes have been built for our development company, so we would buy the land and build then sell. So we only meet the clients when we hand over the Keys but recently we have started to venture more into the market where we build for clients as we were getting this request alot in Sydney.

Just love the whole process of building, to see nothing but dirt and in months to see a building, it never ceases to amaze me. I am very passionate and my family shares this passion and our trades know this and have learnt the standard we build to,

Find out what challenges your block has and request from the builder if he has had a similar experience and how would he go about tackling this issue. Ask to see their insurances. Ask if they have any pending or past disputes or litigation, ask what other projects they are involved in whilst doing your house and see if they can see a past client.

Costs, how do we contain them as we always hear that someone has gone into a build with a budget in mind only to be hit with variations that can blow out by tens of thousands and even hundreds of thousands sometimes? you can request that the builder provide a turn key package and provide a detailed inclusion list.

We stand by what we say, we are always in contact with the client when need be. We are upfront and honest in what we do and this can be verified by the clients we have built for. We leave no stone unturned so this way there are no surprises.

We are a family run business, we build and manage every project as if its our own home, we will not cut corners or take chances that would potentially cause issues later on down the track, also our standard inclusion finishes are equivellant to other builders upgraded package.

It depends on what they are doing, if its a new build or extension/ alteration then sets of plans along with engineerings would be needed.

There is always ways to save money, but in short: 1) reducing the footprint/Size of your house 2) Replace one material for another that would give same look  3) Designs can have a huge effect on the costs

We have built many relationships in our industry, our pricing is competitive as we strive to source only the best products and tend to buy whats popular in bulk so that allows us to give these to our clients at no extra charge where other builders consider these to be variations.

Each project has its own pros and cons, its very hard to just throw out a figure without seeing whats involved in the project. What we can say is there are a number of ways we can work with our clients, whether its a fixed fee, management fees, cost plus and many more, there is always a solution.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We do specialise in New builds but in saying this we do it all, whether it be a refurb or extension and alteration, there is not much we can't do within our industry. Its important to know though, we cap oursleves throughout the year so we do have the time and the resources to pump into your project

We have been building for over 25 years, over this time we have seen it all and as sad as it is there are alot of unqualified builders who enter the market and cause alot of chaos for the home owners and leave them to pick up the pieces, we see this far to often.
