  In 2009, Staff Express engaged MDC Services to provide a range of cleaning and domesticservices in our office in Sumner Park, in addition to tasks undertaken at our private residence. Since taking over these duties, MDC Services have surpassed our expectationsin every facet of their operations.   Our experience of MDC Services has been excellent. Which is just as well because between having an 18 month old son and both of us working we need a little help around the house. We went through several cleaners over a year or so, before finding MDC Services. They have been helping us keep the house clean and tidy for the last year now. We are very happy with both the quality of the work and the cost is reasonable. We have also come to trust our cleaners and feel comfortable recommending the cleaning service provided by MDC Services.

  Recently my investment property was left in an appalling state by the tenant. Everything from months old food to drug paraphernalia had left the property in a traumatic and unlivable condition. After seeking several quotes from cleaning in Brisbane, I called MDC Services. Martyn was immediately friendly, helpful and professional. We had a cleaning quote within hours of sending the details and I had finalised the stress full process of finding a reliable cleaner much faster than expected. MDC Services were flexible to what we needed and kept me well informed through out the process with regular progress updates. The result was fantastic, I hadn't dared to expect the kind of results that MDC Services delivered, the property went from the most extreme state I could image to a property that looked as good as new and was back on the market in a matter of days. MDC services made what was a distressing and stressful time so much easier and did a fantastic job. I would recommend MDC services to anyone needing any type of cleaning, they were truly outstanding.
