Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes, I am a Registered Electrical Contractor with Energy Safe Victoria. I have Public Liability Insurance and issue Certificates of Electrical Safety for all applicable electrical installations completed. I also provide a personal guarantee for all electrical work undertaken to customers.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

For years I have had a little old lady who lives alone with no family close by. She calls me to change her light globes when they've blown. As much as she loves having her lights working again, I think she enjoys the company just as much.

What do you like most about your job?

I enjoy seeing the satisfaction, happiness and the occasional relief on a customers face when they see the job completed. My job is very rewarding and fulfilling. I get to meet new people on a daily basis and the environment from job to job is always different.

I'm a country boy growing up on a bit of land. I had a strong upbringing, which I feel has made me the loyal, genuine and hardworking person I am today. I appreciate time, patience and diligence - all of which I apply to my career.

As a country boy, I am genuine and hardworking. I am not someone who would over-charge or rip customers off. As a sole trader I have to be organised and time efficient, all of which I apply each and every job. I am willing to travel and offer a competitive rate. I pride myself on returning my customer calls and arriving to and from jobs on time.

Have someone at home to meet myself and be able to show me where and what you want done, or be easily contactable if you're unable to be home at the time. Have a clear plan of exactly what you as the customer wants. Have the area of work cleared and clutter free - furniture out of the way and easy access.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I have fixed prices and hourly rates for customers, allowing 14 days for all payments. I also offer a 5% discount for all pensioners. I have direct debit option for fast, easy payment.

As an A grade qualified electrician with 7 years experience in working in small business to large companies and domestically. I also have a current Working With Heights Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
