All Service Providers will provide you with a copy of their own personal Public Liability Insurance which will give you peace of mind. All Contracrtors will guarantee their work personally.

Q. Do we provide our own equipment and Products. A. Yes Q. Do we use environmentally friendly products. A. We recommend all contractors use products that are safe to use in septic tanks and grey water

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

All Contractors are required to provide 3 past work references whom are able to verbally recommend them and are also required to provide a police clearance suitable ofr aged care and children

All of our Service providers are reference checked, police cleared, Insured, competent and fully trained in all areas. We are not a Franchise we provide work to self employed contractors whom all strive for excellence.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

we will need to know how big the residence is, how many bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas. It also helps to know how often you will require the service eg weekly or fortnightly

One on One, on the job training is provided to all Cleaners in areas of chemical use, Equipment use and Occupational Health and Safety. All Contractors will provide their own products and equipment.
