Yes we have 10M insurance policy and all work is guaranteed. This cover's the installation of all items that we purchase. If you purchase the items then the replacement and any cost included in that will be yours.

My whole family are in some sort of trade or another, But I was the only one who became an Electrician.

I've been doing electrical work all my working life, travelling many difference places and meeting new people through out my over 25 years experience as an Electrician. My work is very varied and interesting,  which gives me a feeling of achievement when the customer is satisfied with the work I've provided.

Check that the appropriate licences in place for the type of work being carried out. A copy of the liability insurance /c.o.c should be no problem, references if required and what type of equipment is being used and its quality.

An in-depth quote over the phone. We use guide lines for our pricing, but over the phone will only be a ball park amount. Unless its a job that we run as a set price like air-con installs

We will arrive on time for any appointments made with you we will start work on the time that was agreed. We shall will keep up to date with all the information, that we can give you to give you. Keeping you informed that all is running according to plan. If any changes need to be made that it is both agreed on before applied.

Has the meter box been upgraded in the past, and if there is safety switches on site. Lastly the consideration of what  type of equipment or material that will be considered to suit the job.

Really think about what you would like' a wish list/shopping list' sit down and do a simple sketch of the sort of things you want how much you want to spend on the whole project. We can work though what you have, and come up with workable plan to get the project done.

There are some types of work we do that have a standard fix price (t's and c's apply) some work can be quoted of a drawing or a visit to site may be the way to go. So its a mix of price work/quoted or hourly rate payment on completion  cash, cheque, and bank transfers.
