Yes, I have public liability and I always guarantee my work.  I will do a call back within 24hrs if the job hasn't passed inspection.

Mojo's came about because II couldn't find a cleaning agency who could deliver the same service every week. I didn't like different cleaning staff in my home all the time. I had to train them so often.

I adapt my allocated cleaning schedule to meet the requirements of the client. I have clients who work from home, I always ask on the day how would they like me to proceed? They might have a phone conference coming up. Therefore I would do the dust and vacuuming prior to the bathrooms. Or a client might be entertaining, so I would do the common area before disappearing into the bathrooms. etc. Its all about the clients needs.

The customer must have referrals and feel the tradesperson understands their requirements. Moving is stressful as it is, therefore the tradesperson MUST be accountable for an excellent result.

How many rooms and bathrooms the home has? If they had indoor pets? If required, is the carpet cleaner coming after bond clean? Do the windows have tracks? Are the windows required to be cleaned by us?

These little tips save cleaning time.  1. A week before move date, skinny up all pantry/draws goods/utensils and keep in box in pantry. Vacuum and wipe all shelves/draws down with Jif. 2. Same with bathroom cupboards and draws. 3. I always recommend to spray the oven the night before.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Because we charge by the hour whether we work along side the client or autonomously. Charging by the job can be quite expensive. Moving house is already stressful enough. We want to give them peace of mind.

Always by the hour, as we are the last to come in after removal of furniture. There almost always seems to be more to clean. Its totally up to the client what they can afford. We just want to support the client where they need us.

Listening to what the customer wants, providing a great end result. Knowing what will pass an inspection.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

12 years of cleaning high end homes, having had previous experience doing builders cleans. I am confident of treating most spots and stains. I have pulled apart various ovens to clean from scratch. I look for dirt!!
