Yes Mr Electric Ballarat has full public liability insurance, and offers a full lifetime warranty on all labour, we are also happy to liaise with the customer if there were any problems during or after the job. We are not just gone once job is finished, we will always be available to contact.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I had an Uncle who I admired before he passed and it stuck in my head from a young age, I also like the fact that you have to use your brain to figure things out as Electricity is dangerous and it can't be seen. Cheers

Since coming into franchise I wasn't aware of how much some people just like to have a yarn about anything they have going on (mostly after the job).  It caught me by surprise the 1st couple times as my last job on wages was just get in do job and get out.  Its being A pleasant surprise.

Helping people with what they need/like to add to there home or business for whatever reasons, and I really like being an electrician, sometimes when I'm in roofs or under floors I think what am I doing! But there is a certain amount of satisfaction in completing a job no matter how big or small.

The customer generally no's what they want done, so what we as technicians are here for is to offer alternative ways of doing things that could save money or make the works more efficient, through our vast array of knowledge.

Most common question would be is my house electrically safe! once we are on site we offer a 12 point free safety check up, which is purely a duty of care to our potential customers.

We take pride in our work and our appearance and want to leave the job with the customer completely satisfied and with the most value, we are trustworthy because if you see the color of our vans they stick out like sore thumbs, so we're not hiding from anyone.

Name and address so we can organize a site visit, we do not offer quotes over the phone as every property is different. Also once we give a quote that will never changed no matter what the circumstances.

The one and only tip is to have anything your thinking about doing done on the one quote, The first job on any quote that is accepted will be the highest price to incurr call out fees then every job after that first job is at normal price. Easier to discuss in person.

Member plans are $80.00 which gives you 15% of standard prices for the initial job as well as the following 12mths. We will offer these member plans to onefare customers at $50.00.

We have A set menu pricing guide that we quote from meaning everyone gets the same price no matter who you are. We don't just make numbers up out of our head on the spot, we may not always be the cheapest or the most expensive, we strive on giving the customer the most value and professionalism.

We will always do a site visit at no charge to the customer, then upon the requests of the customer we will produce a quote on site using our menu pricing guide, which we always take the customer through the how's and whys the quote is at a certain price.

Everything and anything, If one of our local technicians are unsure of a particular job, we have 9 other Franchises across the state and soon to be Austalia wide and any of those franchisees are more than pass on there knowlede in areas that another Franchisee might not be so familiar.
