Terrible arrived late no apology, did not bring any tools, in my time went down my lift 11 floors to get spanner, just made a mess of my computer after she left I was on the phone to Apple for 1 and a 1/2 hrs, had to read details in booklets I provided, could not just leave her to connect my new tv, Bose stereo and computer. I gave her my other tv and no thanks and then on billing me had to remind her she arrived late? Just puts me off now for any future needs. I feel ripped off for paying her $100.00 cash and feel I should get a refund.17 Jan 2017

I helped an elderly lady move into her new home. I hung pictures, fixed cabinets broken in the move, took rubbish to the tip, built shelves for her all the while reassuring her that it was a huge step to have moved interstate on her own. What do you like most about your job?
