Yes, we fully insure our business and our staff for your peace of mind.  We guarantee our work and if the cleaner has missed something inadvertently, then we send them back free of charge to rectify the situation.

Its always been a passion and something we did throughout university whilst getting our degrees in the UK.  Nothing beats the feel and smell of a clean home.  Once we met in Australia we knew we could combine our qualifications and experience to bring you the best service at the best price!!!

We treat all our clients with confidentiality, but there was one job where numerous farm animals had been living in a house!  Let's just say we had to enter in hazmat suits due to all the animal faeces!

At the end of the day we provide a service that not only provides happiness to coming home to a clean house, but also you get to spend more time doing the important things, like spending more time with your family.  Cleaning for most is a necessary evil, we make it unnecessary for you!!

You should ask all cleaning companies to send you a copy of their cleaners police check certificate.  Also a copy of their insurances or certificate of currency.  You should find out about their experience, whether they are trained, and whether they use their own products and equipment.

We send out our "All Done and Dusted" package with your email so you know exactly what you will be getting in your clean.  The most commonly asked question is our price, which is why we site inspect our quotes to bring you exactly what you're looking for.

We usually require a site inspection so we can see the floor space, the amount of furniture, etc plus we get to meet you and find out exactly what you require from your cleaner as everyone has different expectations.

Obviously the cleaner you keep your own home, then the less work we have to do! Picking up furniture and clearing shelving saves us the time, but if you don't have the time to do it we are more than willing to do this! We charge less than the larger cleaning companies, yet provide all our own cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment so you save on your weekly shop.

At Mrs Mop we are dedicated to providing you with a full service.  Unlike other cleaning companies we quote per job not by the hour.  This ensures that your home gets its full clean, as all our staff are fully trained but work at different paces.  This ensures that everything gets done to the highest standard and is the main reason why we quote you in your own home.

We specialise in residential cleans, office and commercial cleans, end of lease or moving in cleans, window cleaning and work with many local real estates for holiday rental cleans.

We train all our staff in Mrs Mops Cleaning Academy.  A lot of staff don't pass the cleaning academy as they need to be enthusiastic, show initiative, and have a good attitude towards their work.
