  Couple of questions, 1. Does 7 day cooling off period include your own delays in coming back and fixing? 2. Your website seems to be quite professional regarding terms and conditions, but do you answer questions through email to ensure both parties are in agreement on what's being discussed? 3. Do you maintain any comms between you and your cleaners? Answers to all questions above is NO. I had really a hard time chasing them up to finish missed items within 7 days(they did and finish some items but at the very end of the period), since they ensured that they don't come back second time if something else needs fixing. Agents don't come back to you within 7 days for all items. So good luck if your agent comes back to you in exactly 7 days!!!!! It's better to avoid cheap quotes than to go with someone who charges bit more and does the good job. This is also to avoid coming them back to you with - "No one in the market can do this for you for this quote???". I wouldn't want to hear that, and I am sure you won't either(we'd rather prefer quote with stuff they can do or can't, full stop). I hope whoever is moving doesn't want to go through this much troubles. Not sure about other reviews!!!!! I found one of the reviews belong to their own cleaners!!!!!. Food for thought before you pay. NOTE: I maintain all comms in text and in writing, where possible.
