I had to have some general work done for some points in my house and the service I received from the OHMS team was exceptional. I requested a few business cards to keep in case any of my friends or family need work done as I felt the need to recommend Tom and OHMS for people that I feel should get the best.

I had Tom and his apprentice come and rewire my entire house including the new extension we added on out the back of our place. They were punctual and committed and completed the job well under the quoted time. I couldn't be happier with the out come and would highly recommend them to anyone see... Second to none in reliability, service, honesty & integrity. Quality & good workmanship is what you will get. We are not a company that will disappear overnight, we use the best of materials, our rates are competitive but our service is premium. Once we have a client they are clients for life.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
We have a small team with a wide range of experience from fault finding & small maintenance issues to small commercial fit outs. All of our tradesman are A class Electrical technicians with endorsements such as Data, TV, Telephone etc.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
We are well trained in fault finding, installation of electrical appliances, new installations, renovations, Digital TV antennas & points, new builds, lighting upgrades, general light & power, Data, telephone, switchboard upgrades, safety inspections, routine property maintenance, Hot Water repairs
How do you normally charge for your service?
Normal service rates for a small job are $88 for 1st 1/2 hour & $44 per 1/2 hour thereafter + materials. Labour rates include gst. For bigger jobs give us a call for a quote as rates will vary.
What makes your pricing competitive?
Our electricians are some of the fastest & most efficient that are just there to get the job done to a high quality at and at a reasonable price.

We are happy to offer oneflare customers 20% off materials for jobs $300 and over we also offer a very honest reliable service free of charge.
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
When purchasing electrical items to be installed cheapest isn't always best. "A poor man always buys things twice." Have furniture clear of workspace. A coffee never goes a stray:)
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Most of the questions that are relevant to providing a quote are on the tick boxes provided by Oneflare but any other information that you can give us is a plus.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We are a pty ltd company with 20 million public liability. We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months & materials for 12 months unless manufacturer provides a longer warranty on their products.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
We have experience in the industry for over 13 years & know that integrity is what keeps you in business. All our tradesman have a high level up to date police clearance.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
We are so happy with your work, would you like a beer? Yes because you are my last job but i will just have the one as I have to drive home safely.

Are you licensed? Do you have insurance? Are you experienced? Can you provide me with a compliance certificate? You can also check on the ABN register to confirm the ABN is active & registered.

The most satisfying thing in our trade is going home knowing you have done an excellent job, followed all Australian standards & have a happy customer.
