One Life Fitness opened started in 2007 and we first opened our studio in 2010 in Tingalpa, conveniently located along Wynnum Road.
Our aim is to help you improve your quality of life by providing an accessible, affordable fitness solution that is fit just for you.
Throughout our personal training, we'll also guide and educate you on the benefits of health and fitness. Our studio is small, friendly and we welcome any body.
