  En - suite & Walk-in Robe Extension, Plus Main Bathroom, Toilet & Laundry Renovation We were searching for a local company who could reliably help us to completion of a full house renovation. The work we had undertaken had already gone in excess of two years in progress and so we were anxious to finally have an end and see the house as we had envisaged it when we bought. After many weeks of search and more than one close call with unreliable, overpriced and sometimes downright shonky individuals, I stumbled across Flatley Construction (insert new company name). First contact was with Jeremey who advised he would send his business partner around to discuss and quote. Brad arrived and it was apparent from the start that this would be someone who had his client’s best interest at heart, whilst at the same time going the extra yard to offer up exactly what was requested within a realistic budget. Once work was underway things got going very quickly and we did not feel the need to worry or stress about anything. Indeed I personally felt very important and included in the whole build process, since I was on the scene pretty much every day. We were informed daily what was next in the project, and who would be on site each day. Every day Brad would call in to update on progress and to check everything was going to plan. Of course there were hiccups as there always is but nothing to cause any major stress and always resolved promptly and efficiently. Behind the scenes of this young and upcoming company is an Angel named Kelly, who became my go to person when I was unsure on a design decision or a colour or shelf height! She helps through the decision making on all accessories and fitments and also is responsible for invoicing etc and to top it all she is an awesome mum to three young boys. My true little Angel. We want to thank each and every member of the team for the fantastic job done within our home all have worked courteously and cleanly whenever they have been on site. So to Jeremey, Alex, Benny, Slayter & Adam we thank you. To the contractors who also worked hand in hand excellently with Brad and the team, Steve the plumber, Brad the Sparky, Paddy the painter and Adam the tiler Thankyou too. We also had concreter’s and renderers all co-ordinated by Brad our build supervisor in a timely and efficient manner. We are truly over the moon with the work done and whilst it is never the easiest thing to do living on site during major renovations it was made all that much easier by a caring, happy and friendly team.
