i need to know what work is required. generally the measurements, if there are any plans, if there are any photos, i also like to know what type of budget the client is working to

i will find the best and cheapest contractors, i can find alternative solutions to get the job done, i am always open to negotiate with the client to make sure the client is happy with the work to be done and the price is happily within their budget.

for the first 20 clients if there is excess money from the budget once the job is finished, it all goes back to you. just think of the savings you could be making.

i am always researching the rates so i can stay ahead of the game. my company's main aim is to help the client achieve the best quality project for the cheapest price.

this is dependant on the projects at hand. if it is a small project i usually charge a lump sum. but if it is a bigger project such as a house or a shop i tend to find great cost saving ways of quoting which is to give the contractor savings directly to the client

no, i am able to take on any project small to large. i am able to take on renovations, extensions, repairs, maintenance, new builds, shops, granny flats, nothing is too big or too small.
