My husband is a refugee with a medical condition. Penny LaGreca was told my husband was vulnerable and had a language barrier. They continued to lie to the court whilst chasing after him for funds saying he understood, when he even emailed her to say he did not understand what they were doing. They achieved nothing but a giant bill, then proceeded to take from a person not even legally allowed to sign documents on his own. They just let every baby lawyer work on his case probably out of discrimination, as the reviews of positivitity are probably clients they can’t take advantage of. As they are located in Dandenong given socioeconomic imagine how many refugees and people with language barriers she had chased after. She is ruthless, she is willing to the bend the law to take from people and she should not be allowed vulnerable people. She will now attempt to drag me back to court, with my husband whilst pregnant leaving us with no choice but to defend ourselves against her immoral, unethical behaviour. This company should fire her, unless they support this kind of behaviour whereby they should take a long hard look in an Australian mirror and remember what it means to be Australian. That is to take care of those less fortunate than ourselves, not to see them as dollar sign opportunities. There should be minus stars, for this kind of behaviour.04 Mar 2026
