  Pinnacle were very clear, open and transparent in the scope of work required especially around items that were requested but may not be able to be reused and hence the quote was accurate. Even when there were delays in delivery the tradies went above and beyond to maintain the timeline. Most importantly the quality of the final completion was excellent. Very happy with my new bathroom, toilet and laundry.

  Denis and Paul from pinnacle completed our bathroom, kitchen and laundry last month and we are very satisfied. The job was delivered in a professional manner and trades turned up on the scheduled dates. The quality of work was superb and we are very happy with the results. I highly recommend these guys.

  Enquired about a very small kitchen renovation, obviously not interested in small jobs as, rather than saying not interested, quoted $30,000 plus on a $12000 job. Not honest and we are not stupid.

  Hello Mrs Norris, Yes we did speak with your husband Jeff regarding your kitchen renovation enquiry, It seemed that you wanted to complete most of the works yourself, demolition works, client supplied appliances, spashback etc. We explained that we didn’t provide a bit-part service, then Jeff further explained that you had received quotes from IKEA and Bunnings, to which we explained that our local WA cabinet makers couldn’t compete over prices from modular prefabricated suppliers. The elephant in the room is you and your husband enquiring about a kitchen renovation quote and telling us what it should cost. Very strange behaviour.

  Great Reno in our two bathrooms. Denis and Paul were easy to deal with and Denis is a good communicator. The tradies were great and polite. I highly recommend their work and organisation. So pleased 😀
