After completing a 12-16 week course to become a qualified personal trainer less than 5% of new trainers entering the fitness industry last longer than 12 months. The passion and determination to help others is often there but is challenged by the lack of knowledge, experience and guidance. We not only provide further education and upskilling for personal trainers, but we have our own coaches located at locations across Australia- that’s how confident we are in helping our clients achieve their goals.
