  Couldn’t of asked for better removalist for the price I payed definitely the best rates and value for money going around on the Sunshine Coast. Makes me wonder how someone could be upset with this company in one of the reviews over a baby being sick these guys were amazing and not just that they offer bond cleans carpets and much more what a bonus!!

  'Texted' me 10mins prior to their organised arrival time, stating that he needed to look after his sick child while his wife worked. I get that this happens, but notice prior to 10 mins would have been appreciated especially when having to move a whole 3 bedroom house, and needed to be out by that afternoon. A actual phonecall would have also been more appropriate and personal than a text message. I tried returning his call straight away a number of times with no respountil another text message much later. Where he explained that he was feeding his child and couldn't ring me back. I realsr looking after small children is hard, but we have 3 children under 21months, so realise if its important time can always be made for a phonecall. Very dissapointed, and unreliable unfortunately.

  Hi Ethan, apologies re not phoning you back however in that exact moment I couldn’t call as I was feeding my sick baby and she was the priority at the time not your move. You were aware she was sick and at the end of the day a call later in the day wouldn’t of really made much difference as I referred on 2 other local removalist at the time to try help you out. If you really do understand what it’s like to have sick kids then you’ll understand things like this do happen and leaving negative remarks on someone’s profile to defame their business isn’t really the best approach, as what you’re stating isn’t completely accurate. If you could remove above I’d appreciate it greatly. Regards Jaiden
