What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

It all depends on what you need cleaning and / or sealing.  For residential carpet cleaning we need to know how many carpeted rooms you have.  For commercial carpet cleaning we need to know m2.  For tile and grout cleaning and pressure cleaning services we need to know m2.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We can do over the phone quotes or can physically inspect the area that is needed to be cleaned / sealed.  Depending on the job at hand we either charge by the m2 or a fixed price.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Carpet cleaning.  Tile & grout cleaning & sealing.  Pressure cleaning & sealing.  Shower glass cleaning and protectants.  Upholstery cleaning.  We also specialise in high pressure cleaning using specialist vacuum equipment.  This enables us to effectively clean in poorly drained areas - no mess!
