At Queens Services we are fully insured. This is very important and puts our clients at ease. We also guarantee all our work. If something is not done properly or has been missed, we just come back the next day and fix it.

What do you like most about your job?

The difference it makes to our clients lives. I love getting the phone call at night from my clients telling me how amazing the place looks, or "how did you get the bathroom so clean" This makes us very proud of our work. It's a very rewarding job.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Most important is that the customer knows if there is a problem or something not done properly, will the cleaner come back at no charge and fix anything that was either missed or not done to real estate standards.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

The most common questions are about insurance and own products. We are fully insured and supply all our own cleaning equipment and chemicals. The other question is about who will be doing the cleaning and will it be the same person each time. Both my husband and I work with our staff and either one of us is always on the job.

We have been cleaning businesses and homes for over 6 years. We have keys to many houses. It is compulsory for any staff to have had police checks before entering anyones property. In 6 years we have never had a problem.

My husband, staff and myself are very passionate about our work. We want our clients to not only like what we do, but Love it! One of my staff have been with me for 6 years. I think that says alot about the type of person I am and my working relationship with my staff. I have been the preferred cleaner for many real estate agents for years. I also still have clients that have been with me since I started 6 yrs ago..

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

First thing we need to know is when the work is required to be done. We have a fairly busy schedule and there is no point wasting anyones time if we just can't fit the job in.

The customer really needs to have a budget in mind. When we are quoting we will suggest things that they might like to have done on top of the usual things. Although it all sounds great to get it all done. Some things just aren't necessary. Each person has their own needs and busy lives. We are there to help and make life a little easier. Tip 1. Declutter Tip 2. Think about what you Really need Tip 3. Be a little flexible, maybe you think you need it weekly, when fortnightly might also work.

Six years in the cleaning business has given us the experience to know what our customers expect. We have also done alot of work for Real estates, with bond cleans and we have a very high standard that ensures our clients get their Bond Money back.
