Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are insured for Liability up to $10 million.  We guarantee satisfaction in service and though refunds are not offered we will correct any defects in service at no extra charge.

We work on the old fashioned values of services based on integrity, honesty and to build trust with our clients and partners.  We make the interests of our clients top priority.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

We have dedicated teams in your area specifically trained for the jobs they are hired to do, and where this is lacking we also have vendor contractors to fill in where needed.  We are available immediately to fulfill customer requests on short notice.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

For Residential, how many bedrooms? How many bathrooms?   For Commercial - Varies - a visit is required, but we will need the M2 of the space being service SCOPE OF WORKS

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

For OFFICE and WAREHOUSE contracted services we will offer ONE MONTH FREE service upon signing up a 12 month service contract, which will be credited on the 8th month of service.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Because we have no shop front, and except for the home based office, our workplace is always mobile, and so overhead costs are at a minimum.  Every contracted employee carries in their own supplies, making the field workplace easy to manage and free from clutter whilst on the job.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the service - Bond Cleaning is at a fixed rate scaled to the size of the home or apartment.  Housekeeping and other jobs are between 30-40 per hour, and other jobs vary.  For a complete list or a custom quote please contact us.
