I have replaced cleaners who were not fulfilling their roles. In each case I have received praise for my diligence and good work. I even started to receive tips from tenants in a group of shared accommodation housing, because they were so impressed with the change since the last cleaner.

Are you insured and police checked? Can I get some references from previous work? Do you have a reduced rate if I provide chemicals and equipment? Do you guarantee your work and will you return if there is an issue? What rates and discounts do you offer?

Can you give me a ball park figure? Yes, but it will not be accurate because a quote often needs a first person perspective and I can't give the customer the best quote for them without knowing for myself, what to expect. This is usually the case in vacate cleans.

Revitalise is a Christian influenced service and operates under the highest standards and ethics.  I have an approved police check and any other of my cleaners are checked as well. In the event that a customer is not satisfied, we will return to complete the job until they are happy.

1. Remove all furniture and rubbish before a vacate clean.  2. Remove any valuables from window frames to avoid accidental breakages before a window clean.  3. Give heavy duty areas a quick scrub before a vacate clean or regular clean. Areas such as: oven, stove top, rangehood, kitchen walls next to stove top and showers.  This may save hours on a clean and save you money.

In my 10 years +, as a professional, I have become very familiar with the pricing systems and cleaning methods of companies I have worked for.  I can state, without hesitation, that for both myself as the service provider and you as the client my pricing is very fair and affordable.

How do you normally charge for your service?

It depends on the job the client requires Such As: A regular clean is $34/hr and involves agreement between cleaner and client on number of hours to be done. A Spring or Vacate Clean is $45/hr and involves the house needing to be seen before a number of hours is quoted. A Gutter or outdoor Clean is $40/hr A window clean price is quoted as a total and requires the cleaner to view the house in order to give a fair and accurate price, it could be $75 to $300+.

We are proficient in regular and vacate cleans, gutter and window cleaning. We do particularly well with office and domestic jobs.
