Rise Above

For those of you who don't know me let me introduce myself.. My name is Caris and I am a Master Trainer. Growing up as a kid that has always been interested in anything sport, led me to where I am now. Starting Karate at the age of 6 has taught me many skills not only in Martial Arts but valuable traits that shaped me into the person I am today. It has taught me to have strength to rise up when I fall, to have courage when life throws it's punches, to let myself feel the pride but remain humble, confidence to pursue my dream and discipline to focus on any task at hand. Over the many years I have earned many titles: • 1st Dan Black Belt • 2x Bronze Medalist in World Championships - Africa & India • 6x State WA Champion • Numerous 1st, 2nd & 3rd medals in Regional competitions With my athletic background and passion for health and fitness has led me to pursuing my dream as a Master Trainer studying with the Australian Institute of Fitness. From my background of Karate and Sporting achievements I am driven to educate and inspire all my clients to not only achieve their goals but to RISE ABOVE what they once thought their limits were!
