As a business i am fully insured, and all my work is guaranteed to be of the highest standard, visual and non visual as per electrical regualations. a safety certificate is always issued after every job.

The variety, no job is ever the same, the people you meet along the way. the ability to offer advice and solutions to your customers. The satisfaction of having a happy customer when the job is completed.

Are you licenced, can i see your licence. Are you insured? Do you provide a certificate of electrical safety? Do you provide a free no obligation quote? Is the work guaranteed?

What are the best products to use?  What are the most cost effective globes etc to use? the answers are dependant on the individual needs of the customer, and the location or position of said fittings

I believe in giving the customer options so they can make informed decisions, all costs are outlaid for approval by the customer before work commences, and I am prompt and reliable

To me communication with the customer is paramount to my business, the customer is always keep fully informed. Not only am I prompt and reliable, I am also competitively priced.

all details of job eg: how many lights are being installed, will the customer be supplying items. is there access under floor or in roof,  Is it single storey or 2 sotey, weatherboard or brick.

I do not charge a call out fee!!! The customer is always made aware of costs before the job commences and they are always informed of other options that may be more cost effective.

How do you normally charge for your service?

As I believe in being competitive and offering my customers value for money I do not charge a call out fee, my hourly rate is $70 per hour, and a certificate of electrical safety is laways provided. Payment can either be made by cash, cheque or direct deposit.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I am experienced in all aspects of the electrical trade, however I specialise in mainly domestic installations. Anything from change over light fittings to whole house rewires and everythng in between.

I have been a fully qualified A Grade Electrician since 1991, and have run my own business since then, I am constantly reviewing current practices to keep up to date with current rules and regulations.
