  I was expecting great service after my initial conversation and meeting with Nick. However, due to language barriers with the cleaners provided for my elderly Mum, it was difficult to communicate her needs, despite having advised what she wanted done to Nick and the head cleaner, Andrea. The cleaners worked hard but to their own schedule. The communications and customer service could be better to suit individual client needs.
