• Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

  I love animals and the happiness and comfort of your animals is my priority. I respect your rules with the animals - if you like them inside or outside when you are out, snacks, no snacks, commands, whether they are allowed on furniture etc. I like to keep you informed - as long as you are contactable, I'll send text updates and photos and discuss with you if there are any issues or decisions to be made.

• What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

  I like to meet you and your animals before we commit. Visit or housesit, if visit, then one or two visits per day, walk, no walk, health issues. Does the dog pull when walked? How is your dog around other dogs - e.g. when I walk them do we just keep a wide berth, or avoid at all costs. I stick to Tuggeranong to keep the travel costs down and so that I have time for other pet visiting jobs. (Unless it is something really interesting like housesitting a small hobby farm or wildlife)
