  I paid a deposit to Smart Owners in October 2022 for some work to be done on my roof. My roofing job was never started. I have sent several e-mails asking for a status and a booking date, but have received no reply. The phone number no longer works and I am unable to reach them. This is disgusting treatment of a customer and I want my deposit back!

The roof has never looked as good as it does now and Matty professionalism was outstanding and keeping us updated on the repairing of our roof was outstanding.   I have today had my roof restoration completed, looks amazing, quality of work is extremely high. Cannot fault anything with workmanship or the way our job progressed. The painter was extremely thorough and commented a few times that he wanted me to be 100 percent happy. He even fixed a couple of plumbing problems that he noticed when he was going about his job. Nice to see that there are still tradesmen who take a lot of pride in their work.
